Philadelphia, prepare for a night of dark beats, chilling cocktails, and bone-rattling vibes—U-Bahn transforms into the underground crypt of the city this Halloween. On Friday, October 31st, from 9PM–2 AM, the skulls come out to play and the energy doesn’t stop.
